Any Ideas on What/Where this part is ?

Hi All,
Jumped into the Jeep after a short store run and this part was on the floor, more or less up under the brake and clutch pedals. Obvious it came from up under the dash, but I can't figure out from where. Printed on it is the name: Pollak, a Chrysler emblem, and AP 17366. Checked Mr. Google, and couldn't find anything .
Jeep is an 06 TJ X, 4.0 6spd man.

Awesome, thank you Boinked, really appreciate it. Have no idea how that happened, I have not messed with anything up under there...Oh well, I'll replace after the ribs are cooked and gone-

It’s just the retainer that keeps the clutch switch on the rod. Aslong as it clicks back in your good!

Yes, I confirmed that's what it is. Just have to figure out how to fit myself in there to lock it in
