First off, many thanks to those that are serving, have served, and gave their lives serving our country:emoji_flag_us:

So what are your plans for this weekend?

We are taking a trip to Loon Lake, which is part of the Rubicon, for some easy 4 wheelin, fishing, .22 blasting, and getting outta town for a day.

Pretty much the same deal here, but going to South Lake, and taking the 1911'S and the AR-15's, and maybe the shotty just for giggles. Need to try out the new fly pole on the local trout. The weather is going to be great!

We may go to the beach and do brunch at the casino, but other than that... relaxing I hope!

Going to try and get to the cemeteries at some point. Say hi to the predecessors and plant a flag or three.
Otherwise, saw, rake, dig, plant, mulch.
Beer.
Yank, pull, bang...cuss... twist and poke on Jackass Jeep.
Beer.
And a flea market run in there somewhere.

All while dodging what looks to be some nasty T-storms all weekend.

Drove the 'Slade to Denver for son's. Birthday & family gathering. Going shooting today: AR, vintage 30/30, 12g, 10g (manly one), 1911, 9mm, 38's, 22's.

Lots of activity in Moab on the way. I think I will buy a tow bar and bring the Jeep next time. Beautiful and open land here...

Have a great holiday everybody. Display a flag or two.
