Hey everyone, ive got a wiring problem. I have a 2.5 gallon tank tied into my york 210. Trying to run an ARB. Going off this wiring diagram (switch 1)

Prong 7 and 8 are grounded with the bottom spade solenoid (ground)
Prong 6 would be going to my fuse block(positive)
Prong 3 goes to top spade solenoid(positive)

I dont understand where prong 2 is going since my compressor is separate? Or do i tie it into my air compressor anyway?

(Going off the middle diagram-Air Locker Switch 1)

Any help would be appreciated thanks

You can ignore prong #2. You're really just looking for a way to supply 12V to the locker solenoid. You can ground one side of the solenoid wire and apply 12V to the other and it will energize it.
I used the ARB complete wiring harness when I did mine but if you're building your own then all you need is power & ground.

If prong 6 is getting power from my fuse block, prong 3 is going to the positive spade solenoid, 7/8 are going to negative solenoid, arent I already getting power from those? Or do i need to run another power to solenoid?

You are getting power in prong #6 then when you turn on the switch you are sending power out prong #3 to the ARB locker solenoid. You need to ground prong #7 & 8 and ground the solenoid.

If you want it to lite up with your headlight switch you need to add power to prong #6 hooked to your dash light wiring.

i misread-am i able to leave prong 6 unwired? My fuse block always gets power and the switch light is always staying on. Is it possible to run the switch without #6?

Yes if you don't want the switch to be lite up you don't have to. I was just adding that if you wanted it to.

But the switch wont get any positive power then? Will the solenoid still power? Unless thats what switch 2 can be used for?

Sorry I've been reading it wrong and finally had to blow up the picture to make sure I was telling you what you need correctly.

OK

7&8 are Ground
2 is 12V in from ignition
3 is 12V out to ARB solenoid
6 is illumination only if you want it.

But you could just use a simple toggle switch unless if you already have the ARB switch

That is exactly what i needed. I have the ARB switch. Thanks!

Cool.
I've got a leak in my front ARB and blew the air line for the rear ARB on my shakedown run.

If you have a York why are you trying to add an ARB Comp. Just install a Press. Regulator on the air line to the lockers and you should be good to go

I ran my ARB lockers for years in my YJ off a York w/o any problems so I don't see the need to install a separate compressor

Same. Been running my ARB's off my York from day one.
Started to install a ARB compressor and ran out of room so I just hooked them up to the York.
