Are these full doors fixable?

With some welding are these fixable or are they too far gone?

If too far gone, what’s a good replacement route to go? Seems OE doors are very expensive. Jeep will be parked in the garage but in the winter we get a fair amount of snow so I at least need some kind of half doors with uppers when wheeling in the snow. Jeep is not my daily driver

My top is a hard top that will be off during the summer months

Yes, you can weld them up and it will last a few years before it cracks again, common problem from the cj7 through the tj
