Swap day 1 (yesterday)-
pulled all the interior stuff:
Console
Floor plate
Shifter
Disconnected skim module
Disconnected pcm
Pulled clutch hydraulics


Swap day 2 (this morning)-
Pulled starter
Dropped skid
Pulled tcase
Tested output shaft seal on on the 32 and all good!

pilot bearing is pulled. For anyone wondering the HF 3 jaw bearing puller works flawlessly and effortlessly. Time to go get some bread to get this sleeve out

I will. Just not yet. Im putting a temp gauge in now and will monitor the temps but will most likely put a setrab cooler in once it’s warmer out.

Edit: out of order but you get the idea. It didn’t work until I got the bread wet. I think my bread was too healthy. But basically stuff the hole with wet bread, put a 1” bolt in and pound away and the pressure pushes the sleeve out

Wet paper towels also work very well and you don't have to worry about how healthy they are, or most don't.

This project was going way too easy so a snag was definitely due. Looked at the torque converter and 2 of the bolts are broken off in the holes... time to take it to my dads and weld a nut on.
