I've got a 2006 wrangler with the 2.4l that just went dead one day. I thought the computer was the issue so I sent it in to get checked, which came back all good. Still same issue, long story short I jump the asd relay and it starts/runs fine, except for the fact that the alternator is putting out 15v at start up and climbs to 18v. I know the regulator is in the computer that was supposedly tested out all good. Looking for any ideas as I have tested wires,relays, new alternator, feeling kinda lost

I am in no way saying SIA isn't a credible company as I have no experience with them but WF is tried and proven here
@Bjack350 There are a few symptoms of a faulty manual pcm. Loss of gauges, rough idle, faulty o2 sensor readings and stalling while driving. You can get the Jeep up to operating temp and gently tap on the pcm with a screwdriver and it will flutter and stall. You can also send it into us and we will program for a 4.0 and test it in our Jeep. You can call me to discuss in further detail if you would like. Thanks!
SIA is a credible company. They have repaired some diesel computers for me in days gone by. On an 05-06 TJ, the bench testings do not recreate the problems or issues like the Jeep does.
