Best Adjustable Front Upper Control Arms

The 6061 control arms with JJ's don't exist anymore as of this week. They now have 7075 arms with one JJ and one Rock Krawler joint for $2000.

Anyone know the reason for 6061 vs 7075? Has that already been covered and I missed it?

Living where I do, I consider this an upgrade as that's 4 fewer joints to have to disassemble, clean, and regrease every year.

Not a materials guy so I'm mostly just regurgitating this but from what I found, 7075 is a bit stronger but 6061 is more corrosion resistant. 6061 is also more weldable which won't be an issue in a control arm but I wouldn't guess we'll see a lot of 7075 bumpers. I'm also reading 7075 tends to cost more so I'm not really seeing an upside here.

Anybody else remember when you could get a full set of Savvy arms for ~$1200?
