I think there's "content blockers" you can enable in safari - Firefox focus is one I think I remember. Personally though, I set up my own dns server for all my devices (but I'm a fat nerd) and blocked these things. But my work is pretty sensitive so I generally just dont click links at all anyway.

You will need to understand a couple things, first is that you will want to take in context that they are building crawlers and on road drivability is not as high on the priority list and more importantly packaging matters. Parts can only go where they fit and sometimes that means you can not always get exactly what you want.

These forum software redirects sometimes don't play well on my computer (Chrome browser with uBlock Origin, along with a private DNS too to kill ads and shitty website redirects) .. and I strongly prefer to see where I am being redirected to instead of it being obfuscated.
