For quick jobs, I'll just use a wet rag or sponge, then vacuum the water with a shop vac.

I’m sold on brake cleaner. I’ve used it on a couple of things since you shared this. It worked well. Then today I tried it on some dried white enamel paint I accidentally got on my wife’s outdoor cushion. With some agitation it came right out. Crazy amazing! Thank you!

Minutes. Definitely sub 1hr. The enamel had been on there 24 hours before trying the brake cleaner. In 10 minutes it was all off with bristle agitation.
