Blower motor doesn't work at all

Afternoon all. I have a weird 01 TJ problem I'd love some assistance with.

I have no blower motor at all. I replaced the blower switch, the resistor, the wiring to the blower switch, and the relay. Here's where it goes weird. I have no power to the blower. I checked, and the ground is good, but no power. Starting back from there, I have nothing coming out of the relay. I have input feed to the relay on the blue wire with white stripe, but the relay stays energized all the time? If I have the key on, the relay will click just by plugging it in/unplugging it. I would not have expected that. At no point does the green wire to the fan become energized. I have not tried jumpering from the blue feed to the green, but that is next.

Any ideas as to why my relay is going to an energized state right away? Does not matter what I do with either of the switches on the dash. I'm truly stumped.

sounds confusing to me too and with 131 views and not one input. Well, I am not the only one. if you have a 6 foot piece of wire, I would try to run it straight from the battery to the positive side of fan motor. if that doesn't work I might try to replace the fan motor. If it works or even if it doesn't then I would try a jumper wire as a ground. to a good solid ground. Isolate the fan and see if the magic happens. Then go from there. good luck and post back

Well found the problem. I have no power to the supply side of the relay, therefore no power to fan when I want the fan on. Started at the fuse and pulled the box out, pulled the wire loom out. Started tracing. Found a place where the loom was full of dirt and lo and behold, an open spot on the red wire/light blue stripe. There is what appears to be a connector. I'll splice it and be done.
