All, just wanted to say thanks for the collective help. The Jeep is back up and running.
My first step was to take the advice of @TJ4Jim and bypass the compressor with a shorter belt while I research and gather the necessary parts to completely replace everything but the evaporator, and flush the evaporator with a chemical flush like @Steel City 06 advised.
I'll be searching the forum for a how-to and list of parts, or I'll just start a new thread.
