You also might want to look at replacing your front brake flexible hoses. My 1998 TJ had a hose flake off inside and acted almost like a check valve and would not fully release the pressure on one side. It looked good from the outside. Oddly I have a 2000 Dodge pickup that did the very same thing shortly afterward.
