No one was free today to drive while I watched the suspension, but I rechecked the alignment (still 1/8” toe, axle aligned from left to right) and the problem persists. Obviously there are compromises with the stock setup given that the drag link and track bar are unequal lengths. The angle is slightly off, and this could be fixed with a different pitman arm. I’ll probably just drive it as is for now given that there isn’t a quick solution.

Not a different pitman, just some slight tweaking of the one you have. I've had to do that a scant few times to eliminate bump steer. It is one of those "when you thought you knew something but it's not working" type things. As I said, not common since there is generally no perceptible bump steer with the Currie or stock steering and the typical adjustable track bar options.

Get some folks to push down on the front of the Jeep while you watch the suspension, see what is causing the pitman arm to move relative to everything else. (hech the steering wheel moving from 10-2).
