Every paint and dye will get hammered by the sun. Doesn't matter how much you spend to buy it.

But really good upholstery doesn't fade for at least 20 years or so.

Just a heads up. I have had my top off most of summer. But keep a car cover on 75% of the time. So not alot of time out in the sun. My backseat is now fading pretty bad. As opposed to my front seat covers that are under a Spyder shade.

Maybe all covers fade like this. IDK.

Spray them with an aerosol vinyl seat cover dye sold in pretty much all auto parts stores.
