Can't find source of wet floorboards

So when it rains hard I’m getting wet carpet. The odd thing is I can’t find a leak. I’ve watched for any drips, felt for wetness all around the door and can’t find where it’s coming from. I’m getting wet a little on the front passenger side but the bulk is on drivers side where the front will actually puddle some water and the wet carpet will extend around the side of the seat and into the back area behind the drivers seat.

Could it be coming in around the bottom of the windshield or grill area in front of the windshield, getting into the cabin somehow and running down the interior side of the firewall and up under the carpet? If so, does anyone know of specific areas to look at to find issues? There aren’t any rust holes or anything like that.

Tape some brown paper bag material up. Hose the Jeep down, look for wet paper... Many places for water to enter.

I had been fighting a similar leak on my drivers side for a while. It turned out to be the large rubber gasket between the windshield and the body, it was leaking in the corner.

Since I never drop the windshield I fixed it by dropping it, cleaning everything up, and running a generous bead of RTV around. Hasn't leaked since.

I am having this issue BIG TIME, spent a day working on the tail gate seals, that seemed to help but today when I open her up I noticed a puddle on the passengers side, that looks like it might be coming in from above the door?
