Guys, I'm desperate to fix the issue. I have a 2004 Jeep TJ with the 4.0L, I changed the spark plugs a few months ago, I also changed the coil rail and I recently changed the injectors. Yesterday, I changed the TPS and the IAC valve. My issue is weird, the car is idling rough and it happens intermittently. I don't remember when this problem has appear but it is intermittent. I also don't remember if this problem was here before I changed the OPDA.

When I bought the Jeep, I drove the car for more than an hour and I got a P3030, cylinder 3 misfire. I thought it was heat soak, because this code only appeared after long drive in the Florida sun. When this happened, the car would start idling like crap, but I had no loss of power or anything like that. Fine okay. Other than that, the car was running fine.

Then I started noticing that sometimes when at a stop light, the car was idling rough to the point of the car shaking and then it went back to normal. It like shake for like 10 seconds and then stop. Again, yesterday, I changed the injectors, TPS and IAC valve and same issue. What is also weird, is that yesterday I drove to a parking lot and I sat in the Jeep and the car was idling just fine. The car did not shake at all. I also want to mention that when the car starts shaking, if I give it gas, the issue disappear immediately.
I did some reading and this is what I found:

MAP sensor with the engine off reads: 30 inHG (I live in Miami, so normal))
MAP sensor when the engine is running reads: 12 inHG

When the car is at operating temperature:

the STFT B1 is at 0.0 (%)
LTFT B1 is at -20.3 (%)
STFT B2 is at 0.0 (%)
LTFT B2 is at -19.5 (%)

What could it be?

Air temp sensor in the intake tube may be dirty. Probably original and has never been cleaned. Spray it with electrical contact cleaner.

I went through something very similar and nothing fixed it until I installed a @Wranglerfix pcm. I’d reach out to Mark. I installed his PCM over two years ago, and the issue hasn’t come back.

These are the readings I'm getting from my o2 sensors, O₂ sensors oscillate rapidly, so I don't think it's an O2 sensors issue.
