7" is not too narrow for a 10.5" wide tire.

These aren't very tall, but here's a 31x10.5-15 on 15x7 with 5.25" backspacing.

4" suspension lift, 1.25" body lift, 35" tires on 15x8 wheels with 4" of backspacing on the Rubicon Trail. No rear fenders and the front fenders don't protrude out further than the body.

My wife & I actually considered buying a Tesla model 3 last year after we saw one an offroading buddy owned and was raving about. We even went so far as to take a test drive. Then we came to our senses.

I've enjoyed watching the evolution of yours.

How many washers on the steering stops? I'm at 4" BS and I don't think I could lose another quarter inch per side. I do notice my Cooper STT's seem to have a more square profile than KM3s so it might be my tires.
