CEL is on for a P0432 code ('04 Rubicon, manual, 170,000 miles, unsure if cats are original).
I don't have any symptoms: she's idling smoothly, starts and goes just fine, pulls alright (I have no comparison), and it doesn't burn when I pee. However, before I drop a cool $1,500 on three brand-new cats, I want to check with the hivemind to make sure I've covered all the appropriate steps:

- Make sure the bolts on the cat flanges were tight: All tightened to appropriate torque specs
- Replaced all O2 sensors, upstream and downstream - replaced all old ones with brand new NTKs
- Clean out cats - SeaFoam + Cataclean, just to be sure, lots of smoke, no change to code
- The old Italian Tune-Up: Revved her hard, all the way to 4,000 rpm, on the highway, for a while to burn off carbon
- Changed the oil: this really has no relevance, but I did it anyway cuz it was time
