It would sell for 20k easily around here. Hell, I paid 20k for my TJ Rubicon with just a tiny bit more miles (60k).

I see detail paint underneath that rig. It has been painted to look nicer than it might really be. This is a old RV dealer trick. A buyer might want to look real close at this one!

No doubt. For 50,000 miles even with just summer driving, no frame and chassis is going to stay that perfect and whiney.
