When turning the steering wheel so that the wheels are out of 45° angle left or right I get a thump.
I’ve replaced all Driveshaft U-Joints (Have axle U-Joints on hand), tie rod, drag link, Track Bar is about 4 months old but it’s a rock auto special, and all ball joints

Being that it’s not driving it looks like your loading and unloading the trackbar. I would try and get someone to do exactly what you were doing in the video so you can lay under and feel the joints for the pop.

In the thump to thump vid, at the drivers side knuckle it looks like the alignment sleeve is loose on the TRE attached to the knuckle. I can also see very visible play in the Axle side Track bar bushing. 20s to 27s when you are rocking the steering wheel back and forth quickly.

Just saw that. Probably what it is. The threads were stripped so I slapped a monster washer in there just enough so I could tighten real tight and put in a cotter pin (on the TRE)

I bet the clunk is the Trac bar bushing at the axle side, I see a lot of play there. I would replace both the TRE and the Trac bar

he knuckle isn’t straight through, it’s press in fit, so if it’s wallowed out, that means there movement, should be none.

I had that, and had to get new knuckles. Blaine had some and he sent, really cool that he did, I soaked them in Evaporust to get any surface rust off, cleaned them up, painted them, they look like factory or better.
