I have a grinding noise when cold and shifted into any gear. Does not happen in park. Once it warms up it is gone. I have seen a lot of posts via google but no one ever posted what it is.
I thought it might be low fluid. Had it changed, filter changed, pan was clean, trans oil looked good. Pump inside changed, I think it was the pump. They thought that might be the culprit.
If I let the Jeep warm up it is non existent and shifts perfect. Shifts well when cold too. Just has that noise.
Anyone have any ideas?
