Complete engine for an '84 CJ-7 6 cyl.

I have a buddy wanting info on where to buy a complete (crate?) engine complete with starter, carb, etc ...for his 1984 CJ-7.
I figured some of you guys know...you know...the thing ??? ha ha. Where should he look ?
