Any ideas? There are no leaks. Recently had the entire cooling system replaced due to a head gasket failure. Radiator, both radiator hoses, water pump, and heater core. I've looked everywhere. No coolant on anything.

Or better yet, just monitor it for a while, and see if levels change.Mine's like that too. Probably the worst advice you're gonna get but, I just ignore it
The smell could be some coolant that got splashed somewhere and is just fading away slowly, there could also be a mist coming from somewhere.

how recently? You could have spilled some coolant while filling and its just burning off
I cant smell coolant unless it boils or spills on something hot enough to make it boil to steam, check your expansion tank is not too full when cold.
The smell does linger though after spillage has burnt off.
If you smell it and you want to eliminate it being a leak, have the coolant/cooling system pressure tested.
Basically a pump is put on the radiator cap with the engine off, the system is pressurized by hand pump and any leaks will show themselves once the system is under said pressure.
Kind of fool proof. The shop that did the work might even do this for you, if you show up and they can verify the coolant smell.

Did you replace the radiator cap? That's something people skip sometimes because it looks good but the center spring breaks allowing the system to vent. You probably did but it's worth mentioning.
It is a dedicated pump with gauge. Low pressure, 15-20lbs. generally. If it leaks down, there is a problem and it’s diagnosed as to where it’s leaking. It can test the cap also.

Ah okay thanks. Not sure if it's worth it lol. It smelled like coolant before I replaced the water pump, was convinced it was the coolant coming out of the weep hole. Replacement didn't fix the smell. Do I care? mehhhhhh
You can normally rent (borrow) these test kits from local auto parts stores. Might be worth a look. Could be a very small leak, but this will find it. Probably...
Oh cool! That'd be nice. They did have the flushing apparati to loan which was dope. Maybe I'll see what they have... It's not a huge deal but at the same time I always need something to do
recently replaced a fairly new radiator cap when i was noticing low coolant in the overflow tank. never smelled anything and never saw anything leaking coolant. cap was less than six months old and simply wasn’t holding pressure. new cap was around seven bucks. cheap fix made me smile.
