Could this be worth it?

Stumbled upon this one recently, and I find myself wanting to take that plunge.
2004 LJ, 137,000 miles.
Completely redone from the frame up in 2021 buy a shop that specializes in Jeeps.
Brand new 3" lift kit (shocks, springs, sway bars, etc), and new Grabber A/T 33's on brand new Mickey Thompson rims.
New paint, no rust. New sound system, back seat, soft top, bikini top, and cover.
Was in a nasty accident in 2019, and has a rebuilt title because of it. Shop that did all the work confirmed no frame damage before rebuild.
I'm hoping to see it in a couple days when I'm off night shifts, and have it checked out locally by a mechanic, too.
Seller is asking $13,000.
Opinions?

Look in the classifieds here, there are several listed with clean titles and about the same mileage.

Just saying the one you are looking at would be $8500.00 to $9500.00 tops for me after a detailed frame inspection.

I was leaning in the same direction, but overthinker I am I will always ask for input from the more knowledgeable.

Lots of folks seem to be assembling Jeeps from wrecked parts these days.

I like your thinking on the price.

I'd be looking inside that frame.

That price is absurd, owners hittin the pipe too hard
It is a 20 year old 137K SALVAGE title “rebuilt” vehicle.

I dont care how “nice and shiny” they try to make it.
It was still a total loss and crap title now, with who knows what hidden faults to come to light later

I dont buy salvage title vehicles because there is simply just too much people try to hide and lie about. However for a STRICTLY off road vehicle, I would consider one priced appropriately….this one isnt even close

Unless they replaced the frame, they are being a bit misleading about no frame rust. The rust under the hood and elsewhere on the non frame bits tells you that at some point the frame looked the same.

I dont buy salvage title vehicles because there is simply just too much..

I dont like to buy them because it makes resale a giant pain the butt..nobody wants a salvage title vehicle unless it's dirt cheap and even then it takes the right person
