Cranks but won't start (no codes)

Check my bus circuit at the test port under dash driver’s side. There is no reading on the high or the low bus. But I have 12v and both grounds are working. Don’t know where to check next thank for any help you can provide.

1999 wranger 4.0 automatic.
Jeep stopped in the road and wouldn’t start. Crank over fine replaced crankshaft sensor it started but idled ruffle and hen put in gear it would die started checking connections read that if ECM connections were bad or dirty might cause problems. When I cleaned them I bent a pin which I didn’t see and when I plugged connectors back in I broke one pin off which shortened to other pins making auto shut down relay hum.
