I have had PDR done to my ‘96 Mustang GT convertible after a hailstorm. It turned out looking original. Find someone who does it and have them take a look. The only thing they can’t really fix is dings that crack the paint.
I was looking at the link again, and the hood looks really cool. Like if I ever wrecked mine, I might be interested in one, but I am not really interested with all of the flaws. My point is, I think you should put a review on there. It should be the same as you put here. Let people know about your experience.
Damn they got that pretty spot on. You think yours just cams damaged, or that’s just how the fiberglass is? Did you ever fix it or just leave it as is? After shipping it’s less than 700 bucks. I still think that looks badass. Closest you can get to the AEV nonhiline hood anyway. I dig it
A good paintless dent Hoffman can do a perfect job. I had over 200 big jail dents in my Dodge Ram Quad cab. $1700 and it still looks like new 7 years after the repair. Find a good bodyman.
PDR can do wonders. Living in Colorado, I’ve never had a car that didn’t get hail damage. Always used PDR and it worked great, on some pretty big dents and on aluminum panels as well as sheet metal.
