Currie Antirock installation question

I am installing the Antirock on my ‘03 with 3.5 in lift and overline fender flairs. Instructions are to install parallel to frame. The frame starts horizontal and then bends up 5 - 10 degrees. As pictured above, I have installed them horizontal. The distance between center adjustment hole and the sway bar mount point is only 7.5 inch. I suspect the AR bar should parallel the second section of the frame, angled up 5 or so degrees. This would allow a longer link rod ( I would cut off less of the supplied link rod, leaving more threads).

Any help is appreciated. I intend to finish in the morning when it is cooler.

Adjust the links so the arm is slightly above horizontal and it'll be fine.

Mine measured 11 degrees on a stock 04

Horizontal will get you the best performance. However you need to position it to clear along the full travel cycle is best.

The instructions say that the arm should be horizontal at the mid point of the suspension travel.

Fully droop the axle and make sure the links have a bend in them. That way they can't invert.

also pay attention to any wiring you may have routed anywhere near the steel arms, they can act as a guillotine when traveling up & down. I had to reroute my passenger side blinker & winch lines to get them out of harm's way:

A flex test won't tell you much of anything. Put the frame on jack stands and let the axle fully hang from the shocks.
