Mr Blaine I am listening as I mentioned above I was just over thinking it and not considering the real world use ( never forget the basics. Thanks again.

Okay Members sorry for the delay but I finally was able to get back to working on the jeep with the ongoing issue. The rig is back on the ground and the issue of the sway bar link being hit when turned to the right is still a problem. I have attached some photos. Im not sure but I think I might just have to relocate the sway bar brackets to get the clearance?

Increase your caster until you begin to feel a vibration. See how much clearance you can get with that. If you are still experiencing issues, give the drag link a bend, several of us have done it.

Could not see the latest photos, so if this was covered just ignore. If you have contact there and your pinion is set correct, then likely your axle is too far forward. Does your track bar hit your diff at full bump?

Only when I went to aftermarket diff cover and the rock jock track bar the gusset on track bar just clips it. Not sure how far back I can move it I will try to reload the pics
