Currie Rock Sliders - Information Request

As stated, look at the hinge pivot. Currie went all the way through, the knock off was just sitting on top. The Currie latch also worked perfectly. The knock off was a piece of shit.

Okay, i'm pretty sure my hinge goes through. I'll look at it close this weekend.

It has lasted over 12 years carrying a 33 and then a 35 with no issues with the latch or hinge. But the powder coat is a different texture than the Currie rocker guards I have, so that has always made me second guess it.
