Dana 30 question: One wheel spins, the other doesn't

With both wheels in the air, transfer case in neutral, when I spin one wheel the other doesn’t move. Driveshaft spins when either wheel is rotated.
Is this a problem? What kind of diff do I have?

No, it just means you have an open diff up front.

X2. Unless you have a locker switch you can engage it’s an open diff. Try putting it in 4WD with the parking brake on and spinning the wheel. You’ll see the other wheel spin the opposite direction instead of spinning the driveshaft.

What you describe is 100% normal.
