Difference between axle shafts

Hi guys, what are the difference between these axles for Dana 30 that can justify such a huge price difference?

• Ten Factory 4340 30 splines 549.99 USD https://www.quadratec.com/products/26125_1003_07.htm

They are both chromoly 4340 and 30 splines, am I missing something?
I would buy Revolution but unfortunately I have to minimize overseas shipping cost, so I'm kind of forced to buy from Quadratec only since I'm ordering several other parts. (Furthermore I wrote to Revolution asking for info but they never replied)

Second question do you recommend front axles tube seals?

No. I've seen too many of these let sand, dirt, and water in.

I threw a 27-spline Ten Factory set on mine along with new Timken unit bearings and haven't had any issues since. The price was right and they came assembled with the 5-760X joints. Everything went together swimmingly. Only time I'll have to remove them is when I finally replace the ball joints.

The axle tube seal is a bad idea, don't install one. First, they're not needed as no lubricant is supposed to be present inside the tube. Second, if the inner axle seal started leaking and letting lubricant out of the pumpkin, that seal would prevent you from knowing about it.

My present TJ I purchased used came with them and this is what I did with them when I had my axle shafts out.

I’ll go with the cheaper ones then! It’s really incredible how marketing could influence the price. Well, we should know how many of them are actually sold
