Differential seal replacement

Well it's looking like my next project should be to replace the seal on both the front and rear differentials. There's some oil and dust build up and looks like there must be a small leak, nothing major and doesn't leave any drips on my garage floor.

Is there any specific brand of fluid or any special tools I need to complete this job? It sounds like I just need the fluid and some RTV sealant?

Most people really like the Lube Locker gasket, it is reusable. Its only drawback is the gasket seating surfaces have to be in good condition for it to seal.

X2 on a lube locker gasket. No messy or wait-to-dry RTV seal.

I've used the lube locker with great results, even removing and replacing the covers several times each.

X4 i guess on lube locker. Not leaking and the best part no sticky fingers from RTV.
