Replacing the brake lines along with calipers on the rear. Do i need to replace the hard lines? I can’t tell if the rubber lines unscrew from the hard lines. These are original equipment

No, you do not need to replace the hard lines, just the rubber lines that attach to them.

20 year old lines. Depending on rust and corrosion and your skills with a torch and lubricant I'd at least have a brake line crimper and some new ends ready. Assuming you have enough hard line left...no room for error on the driver's side.

I'd also recommend verifying your axle breather hose works and I'd probably replace that too.
