Wouldn't own one. Don't hate em, just have no use for one. The TJ is simpler, and if I wanted something larger and more commute/passenger friendly I'd rather have a pick up.
If I could get a 2013 or newer JKUR, without making a single monthly payment, while keeping my TJ, I would own one.

I was given one...Id drive it for week then sell it and upgrade parts on my TJ and buy a boat with the left overs. lol

The LJ I have suits my needs fine (soft top, spider shade, hard top and hard doors), I have only set in a JK once and it was too small in the drivers cock pit for me. I am a large person (aka fat) 6' 1'' at 300 is my fighting weight.LOL, I started with a CJ 5 in 1975 and have had a Jeep every year since then and will stop with this LJ

I own 2006 TJ and 2014 JKU. The JKU is the wife's daily driver and our vacation road-trip vehicle. The TJ is my daily driver.
Th TJ has been paid for a long time now. Once the JKU is paid for it will be passed down to my daughter and my wife will get something new.

I dunno, I bought the tj for it's simplicity.
If I was going to buy a techy suv, id just lease a land rover(especially for that price).
