Similar, but I don't think it's Drummond. These are the marble head steps on Drummond. There isn't any vegetation.

Hard to tell from the photo. Wind rock park has terrain similar to that obstacle

Looks like one of the Genright creations on the Unlimited LJ Adventure series. That's probably a good place to look, one of the last five videos but that's just a wild guess.
