Does anyone run trail doors / half doors on the trail?

Being that the shape is near identical in all of the aluminum aftermarket doors, does anyone think the genright door storage system could be adapted to say the savvy or UCF doors?
The Genright website says they are universal fit and will fit other brands doors "with some work by the installer".

Those look really good. Did you paint or powder coat to match?
Thanks, I rattlecanned them with factory match paint and clearcoat from https://www.automotivetouchup.com/.

They look great from 10 feet away in the shade, but don't get to close and squint. 🍻

I recently got half doors and love them for the trail, keeps out mud and keeps the wind down on the way to and from. I was going to get jcr’s like @DuncLJ and paint them. I ended up finding a very great set of factory half doors to paint

Your paint job on on your doors is what inspired me to do mine! I agree mine look good from about 5 feet out, they are awful up close though! I’m still amazed at how great that silver matched!

Happy to inspire another mediocre 10 foot rattle can paint job. 😂

In the process. I'm keeping expectations low on the quality of the finish.

Ok, I have all the parts and have installed the trail doors. I still need to tidy up and get better pics.

I like the doors and the look. The mirrors are going to be a problem. They still need to be higher. They are rugged ridge CJ style. I like the look but the quality is yet to be determined. The doors are well made and fit the frames I found perfect. I bought a set of tinted soft uppers to match the rear top too. The genright/PRP bags arrived. They look quality and cushiony. I added a 2.5" shoulder bolt to the inner latch to make it easier to reach, as it is behind you now, just like a CJ, so no big deal for me.

two-fiddy for brand new cloth halfies, perfect for the drive to the mountains, then mo perfect to remove & bungee to the tool box on the trails for maximum visibility, or leave on if you want to keep splashing down to a minimum:

Here are some details. Did not get as much done as I had hoped but it's moving along.

Here is what I did to fix the door contact to the cab lights.

I reshaped the upper soft frames to close the gap between the upper and lower, not much, just a little to keep out the dust and water. Here is what I did to make the latch easier to open from the inside:

I took the driver side off to fit the new bag. and that ends the day LOL
