My drivers door is literally stuck. The door locks on both sides are broken. I just went to open my door, and it is locked. Any hints on how to get it back open? The key currently does nothing, and neither does the inside handle.

I would think you’d be able to remove the armrest, handle, crank and the trim panel from the inside and then access the mechanism manually.

Are the locks broken or are they just stuck? I was having and issue with mine and I sprayed wd40 in the locks and then filled them with brake lube.

Well, the outside lock on both doors don’t work. And apparently both myself and the AAA technician had brain farts. I got the door open after I noticed that the inside lock was ever so slightly out of position. I locked and then unlocked the door, and voila. I’ve only had it for 3 weeks, and 2 of them it was at my mechanic having a new transmission installed. Only got it back last night.

Did you buy it on Long Island

I’m guessing they salt the roads there, probably why the mechanism was stuck
