Drivers Side Motor Mount Failure

I bought my Mopar transmission and motor mounts from MoparPartsGiant.com about a year-and-one-half ago. They still show them available, so I placed an order, which was canceled due to the parts being discontinued. I've had that problem with them before (cancelling an order for discontinued parts) - most of the Mopar online retailers are good about showing discontinued parts as discontinued, but they don't always do that.

Got to ask this, How do you check to see if you need motor mounts. Have a auto trans with 4.0. My old dodge put your foot on brake in drive give it gas if motor lifted time to change.

I think it probably matters about 100x more in an automatic but even in a manual I noticed a difference.

To get the big bolt out, you don't have to remove the engine bracket. Just loosen the 3 bolts in the engine bracket, and the bracket will shift enough to slide the big bolt out past the A/C compressor. Torque the 3 bolts back down (or replace them one at a time and torque them down).
