I'm in the middle of the body lift and motor mount lift. I removed the top drivers side bolt and went underneath to remove the bottom. I am using the correct sized ratchet and I am pretty sure that the bolt was striped before I started. What the heck do I do now?

Is the hole just stripped of threads or is the boss broken?

I’m not following you, the head of the bolt that you put the socket on is rounded off?

I went back out there and got it off. I think I was using too long of an extension which was causing it to angle a little.

Honestly, this one is making me a little nervous. I don't really like being under the Jeep while removing the mounts. All I have left to do on the drivers side is remove the bolts from the motor, swap in the new mount, and replace.

I've had good luck with these type of extractors along with my impact wrench.
