Recently purchased a 2003 jeep needing a little work. It has all new axles with lsd in rear and an aussie auto locker up front.

Just wondering about the auto locker, what will it be like driving on road in like ice and snow? Wet pavement?

When turning will it make noise in 2wd as well?

Havent really driven it and dont know much aviut auto lockers

The front lunchbox locker will be a non issue when you're in 2wd. If you drive in 4Hi on icy/snow covered streets it will cause understeer. Best to stay in 2wd as much as possible.

Go to an empty parking lot and try it out on 4Hi. I did it the other week just to see how it feels and I’ll say it was tough making turns. Definitely have to slow down when making turns. Can’t just cruise into them at driving speed. Takes some getting used to. I didn’t want my first time trying it to be in snow and ice with cars around me.
