Easiest lift kit?

Go with Pro Comp 2" springs and Rancho rs5000X shocks. End of story.................................until 33s start looking nice.........then 35s look even better.............then..........DIVORCE happens and you have to make a huge decision.

p.s. It was an easy decision for me. Jeeps are way cheaper to maintain and make a lot less noise.

Hey, he had 6 chicks in the Jeep, Divorce may already be on the horizon. Just sayin'.

When you say "easiest lift", I'm assuming you mean cheap because any coil spring replacement is the same labor. The easiest and cheapest is a body lift. At 165k miles, those original coils likely needs to be replaced. Avoid spacer lifts and spend more on a quality coil spring lift. Look into ones such as OME.
The coils may be tired, but their only function is supporting the weight of the Jeep at a given ride height. If you’re happy with the height, leave it. Adding a spacer is totally fine and simply raises the ride height. New springs won’t change the quality of the ride. There’s no reason in the OP’s case to get new springs.

Body lift is less aesthetically pleasing, more expensive and should be limited to 1.25”. It is also arguably more work since you have to move the fan shroud, lengthen the gas tank fill tube, and adjust or change out the TCase shifter linkage, not to mention possible problems he’ll have with the shifter if he has a manual.
