Is there a way to test the ecm to see if it's bad? I'm having a no start on my 97 wrangler. I'm been going around testing and checking everything.

What are the symptoms of your NO START? engine turn over? lights work? dash lights work? any clicking?
Will turn. All lights work. No clicking. All fuses are good. All sensors are good. Has gas. Has spark

Do you have fuel pressure at the Schrader fuel pressure test valve on the fuel rail? It's like an oversized tire valve, unscrew its cover and push the pin to see if fuel squirts out. Just lay a towel underneath it to catch the gas.
