There's a shit-ton of waste here; you already know that.
4/5 bends, can't see how that drain/post runs, but you should get an idea of how it should be.
No reason to have a big ass gap following the concrete wall up to the ceiling.
Use the wall stud/post as support /mount, follow drain pipe, cross the hall, follow wall to box.
