Engine turns over, but won't start

My 98 TJ started giving me trouble a couple of weeks ago. Started it for the 1st time in over a month. Ran it for 15 minutes and went to leave. It stalled out and then wouldn’t start.
it turns over, and over, and over, but never catches. I’ve added gas and “heat” water remover/fuel injector cleaner to gas tank just in case, but no luck. Have read threads with many possible solutions, but unsure where to start first to find problem through process of elimination

Pull the tube off going to the throttle body and pour alittle gas into the throttle body. If it starts or tries its gas related. If it doesn`t check for spark at the coil wire and if there is spark there then pull a plug wire off and check for spark.
