Good evening,

I can not get the last bolt out of the exhaust manifold for the down pipe. 0² sensors came out easily. The speed nut just doesn't wanna let go. Any help would be appreciated. It's the one furthest to the rear.

What methods have you tried? Penetrating oil? Heat?

I've hit with the ole PB Blastet, gonna let it sit over night and try again after work. I don't have a heat source. Imma ask around the neighborhood network and see what I can come up with. Pics attached

Put the others back in so all the weight is not on it.

Mine are self loosening, I have to crawl up under it tighten them every so often.

Buy a Mapp gas torch from Home Depot. Put some heat on the nut.

That's exactly what I use. It's normally by the plumbing tools because they're used to sweat copper. MAP's the yellow cylinder and it's hotter than the propane (blue) cylinders.

Always my plan B!! Access is the problem.

That same bolt was seized on mine when I replaced the manifold. I was able to get an oscillating tool up there easily by coming at it from underneath.

Always my plan B!! Access is the problem.

Pull the fender off. Thirteen bolts is all that holds it on and makes it soooooo easy to get it done. It’ll take less time pulling the fender and putting it back on than all the time your spending in the struggle. Ask me how I know.

Great news!! Bolt successfully removed. Turns out, pun intended... the speed nut broke and was spinning. Had a buddy come over and hold it with vise-grips. Upside, now I have Mapp gas and a torch. I do appreciate all the help and ideas.
