That's the mopar part number. Grill isolator support is what they are called

Then you're going to need 1" longer, the factory ones will still be too short. Of course, you can just cut the ones for the 2" BL down to size you need. A hacksaw will do nicely.

The 1 inch body lift comes with 1 inch spacer for the factory supports

Okay, the body lifts that I have put on have one-piece replacement rubber supports, not spacers (for those two at the radiator).

Nonetheless, if you only get spacers for those as well, you can still just cut the ones that you have now.
