I don't have pictures handy but the factory setup is a hose from frame to the axle, which the junction block end is bolted down to the axle tube with the breather vent. Then hard lines thread into the junction block and run to the far sides of the spring perches, where they are anchored to support tabs which bolt to the spring perches using M6x1.00 bolts. The hard line transitions to soft line and bends up and over to bolt to the caliper.
Not sure if it's all disc brakes, or only the later two years but some of them, the later ones at least in my experience, use full one-piece lines where the hard line to soft line is not disconnectable. So to change the hoses you either need to cut and flare the hard line or buy a full new one piece assembly. Since you're building it yourself, I'd just run a hard line to the support bracket and flare it to connect to a soft line.
