Fault codes

Well, I have one of those little OBDII blutooth code readers so now I am an expert, right? Tried clearing the codes and replaced 02 Sensor. Still have the evil light on the dash glowing and these two codes. Send me an old priest and a young priest. Any thoughts?

Did you replace all sensors or are you sure you replaced the correct one?

Did you replace with NGK / NTK O2 sensor? It's recommended that is what you go with.

What condition is the exhaust in?
Still flowing freely? ie the cat hasn't broke down and collapsed?

I had the codes before changing to the NTK sensor. The exhaust has a muffler with rattling baffles and a leak at the manifold. New muffler and gaskets ordered.
