Fender flares 2

I saw the Fender flares post and was actually dealing with my own fender flare issue. I bought the following about a year ago:

Rugged Ridge Oversize (7 In.) 11608.11 Fender Flares, OE Replacement W, Flat design, Black, 6-piece set

The front passenger flare started to separate from the fender and they have all really faded. Keep in my my jeep sits in a garage and is NOT a daily driver. About two weeks ago my buddy missed a step in my garage and braced himself on the same front passenger side flare and broke it. I am really disappointed in the quality of these. I have been looking at possible replacements. Not long ago I saw a set of metal flares on a TJ that looked really nice. Really all I can find for metal flares are the smittybilt xrc tube fender flares that are A. Expensive and B. Require the removal of the front actual fenders of the jeep.

Anyone know of a metal flare that will attach to the fender without removing the fender? I've seen another brand but it's almost identical to the smittybilt and requires the fender modification.

So I ended up going with
Warrior Products 7302PC Powder Coated Finish Rear Tube Flares with Diamond Tread Tops for Jeep TJ Wrangler 97-06.

I did the front and rear fenders. With these I did not have to remove the actual fenders which I would have had to do with the smittybilt and many other brands. The warrior fenders flares were just as expensive but were more what I was looking for.

Very cool! Glad you didn't have to remove the stock fenders to install these. They always makes life easier.
