First time off road

Spent 6 hours sunday at Rausch Creek Off Road Park in PA. The 101 class as it was my first time ever. If you're a newbie and able to get there i recommend it. Kyle the instructor was great. More pictures HERE or check out Off Road Consulting

Six hours of off road lessons on the snowiest and almost coldest day so far. I'm not sure if I'm jealous or impressed.

I guess I'm both.

I am impressed for he's got some balls - with all the salty mud there under that will cake-in to feed the rusts.

Had a brief stint in Maryland and I always said once I had my jeep there I would go to Rausch. Thankfully we got out of there just after a year.

Rausch does look like a fun play ground though. Once you complete your first off road trip its fun to keep trying harder and more difficult obstacles. I am doing things now that I said I would never even attempt.

Rausch is a fun place. I've been out with Kyle a couple times and with some other groups. Definitely one of the best parks in the US.
